Whether we see the answers in terms of metaphysical, humanistic or spiritual truths it can be shown that every individual creates his/her own reality in all its aspects. To change the “reality without”, the “reality within” must first change. As within so without. This is when Personal Mastery brings about profound transformation.

The axiom “if you always do what you have always done, you will always get what you have always got” refers only to “doing”. Personal Mastery Coaching helps us to “be” different and then “doing” and achieving different things becomes easier!

Typical arrangement 

Whilst all arrangements are made to suit personal needs, the following is a standard procedure:

• Initial consultation: Up to 30 minutes. Often by phone. Free of charge. No obligation.
• Registration: Complete the registration form.
• First meeting: 2 hours. Preferably face to face.
• Subsequent meetings: 50 minutes. Each fortnight / month. Face to face or by phone as appropriate.
• Telephone support: As required in between times.
